Karthik Raju

Founder and CEO

  • Karthik has more than 20+ years of financial industry experience. Karthik is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of KeyGlass Capital, an Emerging Fund Manager, who has built this transformative investment strategy that can navigate and thrive in today’s ever-changing market chaos. This investment strategy can generate consistent higher returns in a world marked by uncertainty and market volatility and embraces market dynamics to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Karthik has leveraged his lengthy career including his experience working at SAC Capital Advisors (now Point 72, hedge fund – AUM $30 billion) in their Finance department focused on Portfolio Management Reporting and Analysis. During his tenure Karthik worked closely with the portfolio managers including High Frequency/Ultra High Frequency Trader teams by monitoring their budgets, compensation and analyzing P&L.
  • Karthik joined the Transaction Advisory Services – Merger and Acquisition practice in 2007 serving middle market private equity and corporate clients.  Prior to that, he spent five years in Ernst & Young’s accounting, auditing and business advisory services group where he served a variety of retail and consumer products, transportation, technology, manufacturing and  distribution clients.
  • Prior to EY, he served as CFO/Controller for a technology company in New Jersey for 2 years. Karthik has also worked with KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers in their M&A practice where he has spearhead complex financial due diligence and accounting engagements.
  • Karthik is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants with 20+ years professional experience. In addition, Karthik holds a Chartered Accountant professional certification from India.
  • Karthik completed FINRA administered Series 56 Exam (Proprietary Traders Qualification Examination) in US, and completed National Institute of Securities Markets administered Series 8 Exam (Equity Derivatives Certification Examination)  in India.  Karthik is in the process of obtaining Series 3 certification with Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).

Bruce Anurag

Chief Investment Officer

Results-driven and highly accomplished investment manager with a solid track record of success in the investment banking industry. He has an MBA from Kellogg, Northwestern with focus on Finance, Accounting and Business Strategy. With 10 years of experience in various roles within investment banking, Bruce has honed his skills in portfolio management, financial analysis, and strategic decision-making. Bruce’s expertise lies in navigating complex market dynamics and delivering exceptional investment outcomes.

Kevin Stowers

Lead Advisor

Kevin is a veteran trader with 28+ years of trading experience: stock, options, futures, and commodities trading. A valuable advisor to KeyGlass Capital Hedge Fund, he has seen it all, from the dot-com bubble to the wars, recession, Inflation and stagflation. He had to learn to adapt strategies to the ever-changing market conditions.

A firm believer in risk management and discipline, Kevin knows no one can know for sure what market move is next and yet he has learned vital keys to success is protecting capital and avoiding large losses. Or as he says “win often – never lose big”.   He’s also a strong advocate for education, believing the best traders are those who constantly learn, evolve, always eager to grow to improve skills and knowledge give themselves the opportunity to not only survive but thrive. “Truth:  the market is no respecter of persons nor I.Q. It offers opportunities. You get out what you put into it.”

Kevin Sieck

Director, Business Development

Kevin is a sales and go-to-market expert known for accelerating revenues and establishing profitable enterprises. His versatile experience spans large corporations like IBM, Hitachi, Computer Sciences, Fujitsu, and VC-backed startups. Kevin excels in building sales teams from scratch, securing key accounts, and swiftly developing strong sales pipelines, resulting in over $100 million in investor returns. As an Interim VP/Director, he achieved consistent revenue growth, generating over $2.5 million annually for six years through new customer acquisitions. Kevin is also a skilled Rainmaker and Dealmaker, negotiating 500+ IP licensing transactions, and he has driven $44 million in revenues through alliances with companies like DELL, HP, IBM, and Acer. He possesses recent expertise in cutting-edge technologies, including Digital Transformation, Big Data, AI, ML, Deep Learning, Legacy Application Modernization, and Governance, effectively solving business challenges.
